Frequently Asked Questions.

1. How many hours are included in the rental?

- Hours are flexible, starting at 2 hours. Note that setup and tear down hours are not included.

2. Will there be venue staff through out the entirety of the event?

- Event coordinator and staff (if requested) will be onsite in case any problems occurs.

3. Can we have rehearsal on site?

- Event coordinator and staff (if requested) will be onsite in case any problems occurs.

4. Are there any decoration restrictions?

6. Are there any Alcohol Restriction?

- Alcohol can only be purchased from Riverview Room full service bar and will be served by bartender provided by the Riverview Room for additional cost. Selections can be discussed with our event coordinator. Drunken/violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premises and possible termination of the event without refund.

9. Is parking available nearby?

- There are 3 large public parking close by and street parking all around the venue.

10. Do you provide catering?

- Riverview Room do not provide catering, but we accept outside catering. Our preferred catering is Sugarfire Smokehouse. Other caterers will need to provide proof of liability Insurance and letter or certificate from the Health Department stating that food is prepared in a facility that has passed inspection.

11. Do you have disability access?

- We currently have no access for people with disability. We are working on it!

12. Do you provide setup and tear down?

- Setup and tear down is responsibility of the client. Setup and tear down is provided for a $400 fee ($200 Setup and $200 Tear down) Includes setting up/tearing down the tables, chairs and tablecloth as needed for the event.

13. Is there any seasonal concerns?

- Chairs and tables are included in all packages. Bride, Groom, and Lodge rooms are only included in the Wedding Package.

14. Do you provide bride and grooms room?

- Chairs and tables are included in all packages. Bride, Groom, and Lodge rooms are only included in the Wedding Package.

15. How good id the lighting in the space?

- Chairs and tables are included in all packages. Bride, Groom, and Lodge rooms are only included in the Wedding Package.

16. Do you have speakers in the room?

- Chairs and tables are included in all packages. Bride, Groom, and Lodge rooms are only included in the Wedding Package.
